ASH MADE IT (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a design studio operated by Yash Anand, based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit ashmadeit.com (the “site”) or use our tools, such as the free SEO audit, and how we use and protect it.

Information you give us. When you use the “Check My SEO” tool, we collect the name, email address, and website URL you enter. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you run the SEO audit, our server records limited technical details for security and to understand usage: your IP address, browser type, device type, the page that referred you, and a timestamp.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics and tracking tools on the site, and our forms do not set tracking cookies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Submissions from the SEO audit (name, email, website, and the technical details above) are stored in Google Sheets, provided by Google LLC. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

The site is hosted on Vercel, provided by Vercel Inc., which processes standard server logs. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.

The audit works by fetching the public homepage of the website URL you provide, to analyze publicly available information. These providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at ashmadeit.co@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, respond to your enquiry, and meet legal or business requirements. You can request deletion at any time.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including serving the site over HTTPS, applying security response headers, validating form input, and limiting who can access submitted data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site and our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

The site links to external websites, such as client projects and our social profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies separately.
